Shipping & Delivery

Your order will always ship within one business day from the moment you have completed payment. If you submit your order by 3pm PST, it will almost always ship to you on the same day. Shipment tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as a shipping information is created, and package has been scanned on pickup. We reserve the right to ship via whichever shipping method/shipping company makes the most sense, but we try to accommodate whichever shipping company you request.If you would like your order shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit or debit card, we suggest checking out with PayPal. 

This service allows you to use any major credit card.  PayPal also allows you to enter additional addresses, as well as your billing address. It is the customer’s responsibility, who are outside Canada, to pay customs or duty fees.  If you choose to not pay the customs or duty fees and you refuse the package, you will be charged incoming and outgoing freight plus a 10% restocking fee.If an item is not in stock or we have a problem with your ship to address, you'll be notified by phone and/or email.

If using our free shipping through Canada Post, we will not require signatures.If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment buildings, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel or school. The carrier may request a signature from receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery.After signature or acceptance by such personnel, we will have deemed delivery obligation filled and your order complete.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Returns and exchanges can start the process by calling first, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online, please email with invoice information.If an item you've purchased based on our advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can send it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.We accept returns within 30 days (1 month) from the purchase date.

If the product does not meet your expectations, or you order an incorrect product.When exchanging items, you'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.

Returning by Mail

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping. Make sure your shipping method has some sort of tracking of your package. Make sure you include information about who you are, your order number, and details of the return/exchange in the package. Please note: we cannot accept CODs.


Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.  In most cases, we will need to refund via the same payment method. When a credit card was used, refunds must be made back to the same credit card account. Please note it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
